3. Credential and License Data

Buildtal collects professional credential information including PE licenses, certifications, and other credentials to verify professional qualifications. This data is displayed publicly on your profile when you enable profile visibility. We do not independently verify credentials — professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their submitted credentials.

4. Employer and Professional Contact Data

When an employer submits an inquiry to a professional, we collect and store the employer's name, email, company name, and project description. This information is shared with the professional to facilitate communication. Professionals' contact emails are only shared when they explicitly enable it on their profile.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Other users: Your public profile information is visible to other platform users based on your visibility settings.
• Service providers: We use trusted third-party providers for email delivery, database hosting, and analytics. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services.
